404 is not found, but if you can't see the sections or disable site documents, you have something really corrupted. You probably need a PMR to get it resolved.

But why not put Domino 9 and Traveler 9 on it anyway? The HTTP is keeping you from getting to Traveler, but you might just want to move to 9 and deal with any issues that you still have. Just an option.
